Offer a better return service. You have to try them on to see if you like them and feel the quality but once you do that you can’t return them. Product was not the quality we thought it would be. Lesson learned. Read the fine print before you buy In response to your reply Your website says no return once opened and worn. And the cost to return them is also expensive. So not worth the headache and hassle.

While I love the look of the earrings, one of them won't clasp so it kept opening and the tab falls out. I lost the tab due to this happening. :( I was so excited for these as pop tabs are my favorite accessory (I wear a pop tab necklace all the time) so when I found these, I couldn't wait to get them. They would have been 5/5 if the one wasn't faulty.
