Return & Exchange Policy

Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Once your order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

No Refunds After Shipment:
We do not offer refunds after your order has shipped. Please ensure your order is correct before confirming.

Returns:
Returns are accepted within the 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging included. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned items. Once your return is received and meets our return criteria, we will process an exchange or refund within 5 business days. The original cost of shipping is non-refundable and will not be included in any credit notes issued. Exchanges:
Exchanges are accepted within the first 3 days of delivery, only if the product appears to be damaged upon arrival (e.g., missing stones, defective hoop, etc.).
